I graduated with a Ph.D. in Atmospheric and Oceanic Sciences from University of California, Los Angeles in 2015, and I am currently working as a postdoctor on renewable energy (solar irradiance and wind energy) forecast in the Department of Atmospheric Sciences, University of Arizona. During my doctoral study, I conducted research in Mesoscale Meteorology under the guidance of Professor Robert Fovell, primarily investigating the potential intensity of the Santa Ana winds in the context of Southern California fire weather, Tropical Cyclone tracks, structure and intensity.
